Does time fly a little too fast for you?
Indeed it does for me. It seems like only recently the year started and only recently. And suddenly it's about 3 weeks from my end of years. Seem like things are going downhill.
Well, I wish I could say more, but it's 12.05am. I'm 5 minutes overdue for this post haha. But I guess you guys don't really mind. I have school tomorrow though, and it's taking a lot out of me to stay awake right now. Things...well, they are going a little slow now.
Gotta get back into the mood and start studying hard because end of years are around the corner and JC is coming pretty darn soon.

11th August 2013: Red velvet cake pops
Yup, made from the red velvet cupcakes :)
200g red velvet cupcake scraps or any red velvet cake
1/3 cup cream cheese frosting or buttercream frosting, more if needed
200g white chocolate, melted
Lollipop sticks or short skewers
Crumble the red velvet cake
Smoosh together with frosting until it holds when you press it together
Roll into balls
Freeze for about 15 minutes
Dip the stink 1 inch into the chocolate
Poke into the cake ball
Dip cake ball into the chocolate
Place in fridge to set.
