They say, less is more.
I think this rings especially true for today's post. So I won't say too much.
Sometimes I reach for maple bacon when I feel like a sweet and salty treat. Sometimes I go for chocolate cheese. But today... Well, today calls for simplicity.
Today's sweet and salty is just that, sweet and salty, sugar and salt.
If it sounds too simple for you, just remember:
Less is more.
But since its only made up of those few things, remember to use good quality ingredients. You'll be rewarded with a refreshing treat that's reminiscent of the ocean, at least to me.
Somehow, the salt cuts the sweetness just right.
Truely, its the epitome of less is more.
